Q. What is Entrepreneur Pass?
A. The Entrepreneur Pass is a type of Employment Pass for foreign entrepreneurs who would like to start businesses in Singapore. The Pass is for a foreign entrepreneur who is ready to start a new company and will be actively involved in the operation of the company in Singapore.

Q. We have more than one owner/director for the company. Can all of them apply for Entrepreneur Pass / Employment Pass?
A. There is no limit on the number of applications. Each application is reviewed and processed based on its own merits.

Q. Will I automatically get an Entrepreneur Pass if I start a Singapore company?
A. No. Entrepreneur Pass application is subject to review and approval by government authorities.

Q. Can you recommend a business that I should start in Singapore so I can get an Entrepreneur Pass?
A. Unfortunately, we can't invent a business for you for the purpose of applying for Entrepreneur Pass. We can only help entrepreneurs who are serious about starting a specific business in Singapore. You must know the basics of

Q. For how long is the Entrepreneur Pass issued?
A. EntrePass is normally issued for 1-2 years initially and renewable after that based on the viability of your business.

Q. Is the renewal of the Entrepreneur Pass automatic?
A. The EntrePass is renewable as long as your business remains viable. The decision is made by authorities.

Q. How long does the Entrepreneur Pass application approval process take?
A. After the Entrepreneur Pass application has been submitted to government authorities, it can take between 3-6 weeks to receive the outcome notification.

Q. Can an appeal be filed if the Entrepreneur Pass application is rejected?
A. Yes, we will automatically file an appeal if the application is rejected.

Q. What are my chances of getting an Entrepreneur Pass approved?
A. Your chances of getting an Entrepreneur Pass approved depend mainly on the following factors:

• The credibility of your business idea and the business plan
• Your prior background
• The amount of investment you are making into the business
• How Singapore will benefit from your business

Q. Can you guarantee that my Entrepreneur Pass will be approved?
A. No, your Entrepreneur Pass is approved/rejected by government authorities based on factors such as listed above and we don't make any false promises. However, we do have excellent track record and our goal is to maximize your chances of success.

Q. Can I apply for Permanent Residence after obtaining my Entrepreneur Pass?
A. Yes, you are eligible to apply for permanent residence in due course. Each case is reviewed on its own merits.

Q. Will I be able to bring my family with me to Singapore?
A. Yes, your immediate family can relocate with you on dependent passes.
